the mattress was impossibly hard, wrapped in some plastic like a cheap sofa from a garage sale. breakfast service was slow, took almost forever. And, seriously, I expected a complimentary gesture upon arrival. Didn’t anyone realize I was there for more than just the average stay? I almost wrote a good review, but I just couldn’t.

The staff were super friendly, effortlessly helping us book a city tour! The location is a blissful short walk to the main cathedral square, surrounded by vibrant tropical plants and huge palm trees! ! Clean, spacious rooms with a little balcony made it perfect.

Couple seeking tranquility

The staff service was EXCELLENT. they were always readily available to assist us. Also, we loved the lovely breakfast served outside every morning and the attention to detail in the room design.

It wasn’t inexpensive but still reasonable for what we got.
